JOB OVERVIEW

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT & ROUTING SPECIALIST

Foodees is hiring an experienced Social Media Engagement & Routing Specialist to monitor comments and messages across our social media platforms. This position focuses on responding professionally, encouraging positive engagement, answering basic questions, and directing people to the correct Foodees department when additional assistance is needed.

This is not primarily a content-creation position. Your main responsibility will be communicating with our online community quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Schedule and Pay:

Monday through Friday
10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
$240 USD per week to start

Requirements:

Previous professional experience managing social media comments, messages, or online customer service is required.
Excellent spoken and written English is required.
Must understand conversational American English, tone, humor, and context.
Must be able to write clear, professional, and friendly responses without relying on copied or robotic answers.
Must know when to answer a question, when to route it to another department, and when to escalate a sensitive issue.
Must be dependable, organized, attentive, and able to respond quickly.
Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, working webcam, headset, and microphone.
Must remain present with video and audio enabled in our ---------- office throughout the working shift.
Must be comfortable receiving feedback and following Foodees communication guidelines.
Must be available for the entire required schedule. This is an overnight schedule for applicants located in the Philippines.
