About Us: Bella Made is a fast-emerging e-commerce brand created by a driven 11-year-old entrepreneur focused on helping teens and pre-teens customize their UGG®-style boots through stylish, personalized boot straps. Our innovative product allows customers to select strap size, color, name embroidery, font, thread color, and trendy patch icons. We’re launching our brand through Shopify and driving awareness primarily via TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.

Role Overview: We are seeking a savvy, creative, and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build Bella Made’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube and to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. This is a part-time remote role that is perfect for someone who has a passion for youth fashion, knows what trends are hot with teen girls, and understands how to generate buzz through social and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Set up, manage, and grow Bella Made’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts - Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar focused on engagement and brand storytelling - Collaborate with the founder and her team to gather and post content, including AI-generated, influencer-style, or User Generated Content (UGC) - Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and manage comments in a timely, brand-appropriate tone
CONTENT CREATION & CURATION - Use Canva, CapCut, or other relevant tools to create engaging Reels, TikToks, carousels, ---------- s, and Stories - Assist with sourcing or generating AI-based product visuals and lifestyle content - Organize UGC collection efforts from customers and micro influencers
ADVERTISING & TRAFFIC GENERATION - Set up and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads - Optimize ads for conversions, CTR, and ROAS using A/B testing and analytics - Monitor KPIs such as impressions, followers, engagement, and cost per acquisition (CPA)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Proven experience managing social media for e-commerce or youth fashion brands - Demonstrated success running paid ads (TikTok, Instagram, Google) - Strong design skills using Canva or similar tools - Fluent English writing/communication skills - Familiarity with Shopify and social integrations - Passion for trends in youth fashion, aesthetics, and viral content - Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help a young entrepreneur grow her dream

Hours and Compensation: - Initial commitment: 15-20 hours per week (can expand based on performance) - Project-based start: US$4–8/hour depending on experience - Bonus structure: Available based on performance (CPA, sales growth, UGC collection, etc.) - Long-term potential: Ongoing part-time role with possibility of becoming full-time
