JOB OVERVIEW

Cloudberries is a fast-growing DTC puzzle brand with a loyal global customer base. We’re looking for a highly capable social media and content operator who can improve how we do things and grow our social presence through smarter storytelling, stronger creative, and better content systems.

This role is for someone with strong creative instincts, solid DTC experience, and the judgment to own social content, creator workflows, and content systems without being micromanaged.

What you’ll do:

– Own day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook and ----------
– Plan the weekly content calendar and keep content output organised
– Create, edit, post and repurpose short-form content, especially reels and stories
– Manage creator relationships, freebies and content tracking
– Reply to messages and comments promptly
– Spot trends, hooks and story angles that fit the brand
– Track what’s working, share insights, and improve the system as you go

You are:
– Experienced in social media for a DTC brand, ideally in the hobby space
– Strong at short-form video, storytelling and content judgment
– Highly organised and comfortable working independently
– Commercially aware: you understand that content should support growth, not just look nice
– Confident enough to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and lead upward when needed

Ideally you will have:
– Creator / influencer management experience
– Shopify familiarity
– A high level of confidence with Adobe Express or CapCut
– Experience creating content that can be reused in Meta ads

Practical info:
– Around 10–15 hours per week, with potential to go full time
– Fully remote
– Flexible hours
– Competitive hourly rate / salary depending on experience
– Free puzzles

How to apply:

1. Send an email to ----------
2. In the subject line, write the four-word tagline from our Instagram bio, exactly as written.
3 In the body of the email, write exactly: I’m the missing piece.

If you follow the instructions correctly, you’ll receive the next step automatically. You got this!
