WE’RE HIRING

DOM Solutions is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented content designer to help develop and maintain the visual identity of our nationwide restoration staffing and disaster recovery company.

This is not a basic Canva-posting position. We are looking for someone with strong visual judgment who can take real project photos and videos and turn them into polished, professional content that feels consistent, modern and premium.

Responsibilities

* Design social media posts, carousel covers, Stories and recruitment materials.
* Create and update job listings for our WhatsApp Business catalog.
* Edit real project photos while preserving a natural, professional look.
* Create short-form videos and Reels from field footage.
* Maintain consistent use of our logo, typography, colors and templates.
* Organize project photos, videos and completed designs.
* Help plan a cohesive Instagram feed.
* Adapt content for Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and recruitment campaigns.
* Use AI tools appropriately to improve productivity without making the content look artificial or AI-generated.

Required experience

* At least 2–3 years of professional content design or social media design experience.
* Strong portfolio showing actual brand work—not only templates.
* Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing and visual hierarchy.
* Experience editing photos and short-form videos.
* Ability to follow an established brand system while also bringing original ideas.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Experience with B2B, construction, staffing, restoration or industrial brands is strongly preferred.

Experience with several of the following is required:

* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Lightroom
* Canva Pro
* CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
* ChatGPT and other AI creative tools
* Instagram and Meta Business Suite
* WhatsApp Business

Position details

* Remote
* Part-time to start
* Approximately 10–15 hours per week
* Opportunity to grow into a larger role
* Flexible schedule, but deadlines must be respected
* Compensation based on experience and portfolio
