JOB OVERVIEW

Social Media Manager + Ads Specialist (READ FULL POST)

We are a fast-growing landscaping company looking for a serious, long-term Social Media Manager & Ads Specialist.

This is NOT a beginner role. You must have real experience with content + paid ads.

What You’ll Do
-Create and design high-quality posts + ads (graphics + captions).
-Creative use of ad space when real world pictures from out company are not available.
-Post 2–3 times per week of Facebook and Instagram.
-Run and manage Facebook Ads + Google Ads (focused on finding leads that convert to sales).
-Respond to comments and messages professionally.
-Track performance and improve results over time.

-All content MUST be approved before posting
-You must follow brand direction exactly
-Strong communication is required

Requirements (Do NOT apply if you don’t meet these)
-Fluent / near-perfect English.
-Proven experience running Facebook Ads + Google Ads.
-Strong design skills (Canva or similar).
-Ability to write clean, natural-sounding captions (no awkward English).
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Bonus if you have:
-Experience with home service businesses (landscaping, roofing, etc.).
-Proven results generating leads through ads.
