Are you a social media wizard with a passion for creating engaging content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with a team? We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join forces with our Operations Manager and elevate our online presence.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our social media strategy, crafting compelling content and managing our online communities. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills, working across various platforms and mediums.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars, scheduling posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Visual Storytelling: Create visually stunning content, including graphics, videos, and animations, using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Video Production & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Content Organization & Analytics: Organize and maintain a content library, track social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports on key insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations Manager to align social media efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
What You Bring:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management.
Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Canva Expertise: Proficient in using Canva for graphic design and social media content creation.
Video Production Skills: Experience in shooting and editing video content for social media.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative Mindset: A passion for creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media data and generate actionable insights.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with others.
Bonus Points:

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Knowledge of social media advertising.
Photography skills.
