JOB OVERVIEW

$7 per hour plus $50 monthly on-target bonus. 7 hours per week to start, with potential to grow into full-time and/or into a VA Lead position if we work well together.

THE JOB
Social Media Virtual Assistant to John J D Munn, a successful business coach who helps professional service business owners to grow.
You will work directly with John and will be in charge of creating and posting content to LinkedIn.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English, with C1?level written English.
Your own laptop/desktop +?stable 50?Mbps minimum internet.
Use and knowledge of LinkedIn.
Use and knowledge of Google Suite.
You are reliable, creative, and data driven.

TASKS
1. Social Media Posts – Create LinkedIn posts based on client testimonials and supplied content angles to boost engagement and generate leads. Will involve occasional image creation using Canva.
2. Content Calendar – Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
3. Reporting – Weekly report on content performance.
4. Some Video Editing – Produce video montages or clips from supplied client videos.
5. Discretionary tasks such as updating lead records
6. A 30-minute call together at least once every 2 weeks (possibly more in the beginning).
7. Send me weekly report on how your time has been spent

Your social media responsibilities will be organic only for the time being, you will not be responsible for paid engagements like running ads.
