Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Content Repurposing + Social Media + Shopify Support)
Remote | Part-time | Potential to grow into full-time
I’m a physician and content creator looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me offload content operations so I can focus on creating. My goal is a long-term working relationship that starts small, builds strong systems, and grows over time. I’m also building a merch brand, so Shopify experience is a big plus.
Primary responsibilities (Phase 1):
Turn my video content into blog posts (clear structure, headings, readable voice)
Repurpose video ideas into additional assets:
- Short-form video cutdowns (ideas + basic guidance; editing is a plus)
- Carousel post outlines (slides, text, hooks)
-Caption drafts and content notes
- Organize content in a simple workflow (ideas bank, drafts, approvals, posting queue)
Phase 2 (once we’re aligned):
Scheduling + posting to my social accounts (with clear brand guidelines)
Light community management (optional)
SEO support for blog posts (keywords, titles, meta descriptions, internal links)
Merch/Shopify support (ongoing or Phase 2+):
Assist with Shopify store setup and updates (products, descriptions, images, collections)
Basic storefront organization (navigation, pages, FAQs, policies)
Coordinate with print-on-demand apps/fulfillment tools if needed (e.g., Printful/Printify)
Help optimize product copy and basic SEO for listings
You’re a great fit if you:
Have experience repurposing content (video ? blog, carousels, short-form)
Write clearly and can match a creator’s voice
Are organized and comfortable with systems (Notion/Google Drive/Trello/etc.)
Understand social platforms (Instagram/TikTok; YouTube and Pinterest are a bonus)
Have Shopify experience (store management, product listings, basic theme edits)
Communicate proactively and meet deadlines
Bonus points (not required):
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, etc.)
SEO experience (keyword research + on-page basics)
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Buffer, Metricool)
Experience with print-on-demand + merch workflows
Time commitment: [3–8 hrs/week to start] (may increase)
