JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Australian owned skincare and beauty contract manufacturing company looking for a reliable and creative Filipino video and photo editor to turn our weekly content into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels, ---------- posts and Facebook/Instagram ads.

This is a part-time, long-term role. You'll be working with founder-shot content, industrial content and simple stills to create daily organic content and a steady stream of paid ad creatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Approximate weekly output:

Organic social
- Edit minimum 2 Reels per day (7-9 Reels per week) for both Instagram & LinkedIn
- Create minimum 1 carousel per week with photography stills and text imagery for Instagram and LinkedIn

Paid social (Meta ads)
- Create 10 ad assets per week which may include:
- Short video ads (6 x 20 seconds) in multiple variations (different hooks, captions, CTAs)
- Resized versions for 9:16 and 4:5 formats
- Simple still ad creatives using product photos, UGC screenshots and brand assets

Day-to-Day tasks:
- Cut and edit talking-head, BTS and operations footage into engaging short-form videos.
- Add captions, text overlays, simple motion graphics, stickers and transitions that feel native to Reels.
- Apply our brand fonts, colours and layout style (we'll provide brand guidelines and templates)
- Export and organise final files in Google Drive/ Dropbox with clear naming
- Communicate via email and follow simple briefs in Google Docs/Sheets

Requirements

Please only apply if you:

- Have proven experience editing Reels/shorts and social media ads
- Can show a strong portfolio (linkes to IG, Tik Tok, Youtube, Dropbox, etc)

Are confident using:

- Understand hooks, pacing and storytelling for social media (first 3 seconds are everything)
- Have good English comprehension (so you can follow briefs and add captions accurately)
- Are organised, reliable and able to hit weekly deadlines consistently.

Nice-to-have (Not required but a big plus)

- Experience editing for B2B skincare, wellness or brands
- Basic understanding of what works in Meta ads (thumb-stopping intros, clear CTAs, split-testing variations)
- Comfortable suggesting ideas for hooks, formats and trends we can test

Schedule and Hours

- Estimated hours: 15 hours per week (part time)
- We're flexible with when you work, but we'd like: Ability to work Monday - Friday and at lease 2-3 hours overlap with AEST (Sydney time) for feedback and communication.
