JOB OVERVIEW

We're a personal branding agency that has helped clients generate millions of views over the past 3 years. We work with founders and business owners to turn their expertise into content that builds their brand and drives real results.

We're looking for a detail oriented Video Scheduler & Uploader to make sure every client's content goes out on time, every single day without fail across both short form and YouTube.

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Access our Drive and download approved videos for each client
• Upload videos to our scheduling platform and set them up for posting for both short form (Reels) and long form (YouTube)
• Write captions, add hashtags, and include CTAs tailored to each client
• Schedule content in advance so nothing is ever delayed
• Ensure every client's posts go live on the correct platforms every day
• Stay organized across multiple clients and keep everything running smoothly

? WHO YOU ARE

• Highly organized and detail oriented nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable working inside scheduling and content management tools
• Familiar with social media platforms and how content gets posted
• Able to write clean, on brand captions with proper hashtags and CTAs
• Reliable and consistent clients are counting on daily posts going up
• A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their role
