I’m looking for a high-level Social Media Video Editor & Content Manager to help me turn raw videos and photos into polished, on-brand content across:

Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)

Facebook (Business Pages)

YouTube Shorts

YouTube Long-Form Videos

Your role is simple in concept but powerful in execution:

???? I send you raw videos and photos
???? You edit, organize, and package content to match my brand
???? You send finished content back to me, ready to post

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For

Editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, FB videos)

Editing long-form YouTube videos

Adding captions, hooks, simple text overlays, B-rolls and clean cuts

Matching a consistent brand style (fonts, colors, tone)

Following a content batching system (multiple pieces from one recording session)

Organizing content clearly (folders, naming, versions)

Light content management support (what’s ready, what’s next)

???? Bonus (Not Required, But Huge Plus)

Familiarity with REI Reply / or similar CRM systems

Experience working with coaches, personal brands, or faith/business content

Understanding of content flow, hooks, and storytelling — not just editing
