???? Video Editor — Online Sales Coaching Brand
Remote | Part-Time

We create talking head video content for a growing online sales coaching brand and need a fast, skilled editor who can turn raw footage into clean, platform-ready videos. No flashy productions — just natural, well-paced edits that make a confident person on camera look and sound their best.

This is a consistent, recurring role (15–20 hrs/week). Every Monday evening you'll receive a batch of raw footage, and finished edits are due by Tuesday end of day. Predictable workflow, clear briefs, no guesswork.

???? Your Weekly Responsibilities
• Edit 10–15 short and long-form talking head videos from raw footage
• Select the best takes, cut dead air and errors, maintain natural pacing
• Add accurate auto-captions with keyword highlights
• Incorporate B-roll and cut between angles when two-angle footage is provided
• Export in correct specs for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Deliver all files via shared folder by deadline
• Complete revisions within 4 hours of receiving feedback

? What We're Looking For
• 2+ years editing video for personal brands or online businesses
• Strong portfolio of short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts)
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Can edit a 3–5 min video cleanly in under 2 hours
• Communicates proactively — you flag issues early and never miss a deadline silently
• Reliable setup and internet connection

Bonus: experience editing for coaches or educators, color grading, or multi-angle setups

Shortlisted candidates will complete a trial edit before any offer is made. You'll receive a short clip of raw footage and a brief — we want to see your actual work, not just your portfolio.
