Social Media VA / Content Assistant – Instagram & LinkedIn

I am looking for an experienced, creative, and reliable **Social Media Virtual Assistant** to help me manage and grow my social media presence.

I currently use **Instagram and LinkedIn**, and I would like to connect my Instagram content with Facebook as well. I am looking for someone who understands both the **creative and technical sides of social media** and can take my ideas and raw content and turn them into polished, engaging posts.

I don't want to have to think about the technical and administrative side of social media anymore. I want to be able to give my VA my ideas, videos, and raw content and have them turn it into consistent, high-quality content and keep my accounts active.

### What you will do

* Create Instagram carousels
* Create and edit Reels
* Edit videos and short-form content
* Add captions/subtitles to videos
* Write engaging captions
* Write strong hooks
* Create Canva graphics and covers
* Repurpose one piece of content into multiple posts
* Schedule and publish posts
* Help maintain a consistent content calendar
* Help connect and manage Instagram and Facebook so content can be shared appropriately
* Make sure posts are visually polished, professional, and aligned with my brand
* Support content in **both English and Farsi**

### What I'm looking for

You should:

* Have previous experience working as a **Social Media VA, Social Media Manager, or Content Assistant**
* Be highly comfortable with **Instagram**
* Be skilled in **Canva**
* Understand how Instagram and Facebook work together
* Have experience creating and editing Reels and short-form video
* Have strong visual/design sense
* Be able to write clear and engaging captions and hooks
* Understand branding and consistency
* Be proactive and able to take initiative
* Be reliable and organized
* Pay close attention to detail
* Be comfortable working independently
* Have strong English communication skills
* Be able to work with both **English and Farsi content**

### Content Schedule

The initial expectation is approximately **3 posts per week**, with the potential to grow as the business and content needs grow.

### Hours & Compensation

This is an **hourly position**, with the potential for a long-term working relationship.

I am based in California (**Pacific ---------- **), so some availability that allows for communication during Pacific Time is preferred.
