We’re looking for a Social Media & UGC Manager to fully own and grow our organic social presence and creator strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and UGC content, understands what makes videos perform, and knows how to turn creators into scalable growth assets.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media accounts (IG & TikTok)
Source, manage, and build long-term relationships with UGC creators
Oversee gifted + paid collaborations and whitelisting partnerships
Brief creators clearly (hooks, angles, talking points, formats)
Track creator performance and repurpose top content for ads
Spot trends, viral formats, and content opportunities daily
Coordinate with editors and the paid ads team
Maintain a content calendar and UGC library
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of UGC-style content that converts
Experience managing creators or influencer collaborations
Knows hooks, storytelling, retention, and trends
Comfortable with Meta partnership tags & whitelisting basics
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Experience in beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brands
