bout the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & UGC Content Manager (Contract) to help us scale authentic, creator-driven content. You’ll manage the UGC pipeline from brief to publish—building relationships with creators, managing deliverables, and collaborating with editors to produce high-performing social videos and ads.

What You’ll Do
Manage the social content calendar across TikTok, Instagram,
Write engaging creative briefs to generate user-generated content aligned with brand goals and seasonal
Post briefs on creator networks like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Billo, Aspire, LTK, Collabstr, and
Review creator applications, onboard selected talent, and manage contracts and deliverables.
Coordinate with marketing and video editors to transform raw UGC into polished, high-performing creative.
Conduct outreach to potential creators and manage ongoing relationships.
Maintain a UGC library organized by content type, theme, and performance.
Track and report content performance metrics to optimize future briefs and campaigns.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing creators, UGC campaigns, or influencer programs (DTC or agency preferred).
Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with creator platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Billo, Aspire, and LTK.
Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and social content trends.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creator projects on tight timelines.
Nice to Have
Experience editing or giving direction on short-form video content.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Creative Center.
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Contract Details
20–40 hours per week (flexible)
Remote role, US or international
Initial term: 3–6 months, with potential for extension or full-time conversion
