We’re seeking a FULL TIME Social Media Support person to work remotely for our business.
We’re offering up to 35,000php per month for this role depending on the quality of candidate... we're looking for people with outstanding attention to detail & dedication and a solid understanding of social media, advertising metrics and scheduling systems.
We’re seeking someone who’s able to work from 9am – 5pm AEST (7am-3pm PH Time) Monday – Friday.

About You:
As Social Media Support, you will be a highly organised person with great attention to detail. You'll have an understanding of Social Media Metrics and experience in Social Media Scheduling Platforms (Sked Social, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse, Later, Buffer etc.), you’ll have a excitement for data entry & be fluent in spoken & written English.
You’ll spend your time completing 5 core tasks:
From the 1st – 7th you’ll be exporting Social Media Reports and using AI to craft
From the 13th – 17th you’ll be completing our clients’ Half-Month Check-ins
From the 21st – 30th you’ll be scheduling our content in Agora Pulse for the upcoming month.
All month you'll be monitoring our clients' accounts Community Management, responding to questions, comments, messages from our FAQs and flagging important queries / complaints with our internal team.
You'll also be assisting in Influencer / UGC reach-outs and management using tools like Gifted.
What will your day look like?
- Exporting Social Media Reports & filling in
- Completing Half-Month Check-ins for our clients & reporting back to Account Managers
- Scheduling content from Google Sheets into our Scheduling Tool (Sked Social)
- Monitoring and completing Community Management on our clients' social accounts.

We would love you to have:
- 3+ years Social Media Marketing experience.
- Perfect Written & Spoken English
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong Understanding of Social Media Metrics (reach, engagement, engagement rate, click-through rate, cost per click etc.)
- Solid Understanding of Western Culture & Language
- Exceptional Time Management
- Well Organised
- Proactive tea
