Job Title: Social Media Strategist (Full-Time / Contract)

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Social Media Strategist to take full ownership of our digital presence and drive targeted organic traffic and revenue growth across our platforms.

This role is suited for someone who is creative, proactive, and commercially focused, with a proven track record of generating high engagement, qualified leads, and measurable revenue through social media.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing a high-impact social media strategy across multiple platforms to promote:

Your focus will be to convert attention into traffic, and traffic into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy across:

* Instagram
* TikTok
* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* YouTube Shorts

Create highly engaging and creative content, including:

* Short-form videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok)
* Static and carousel posts
* Story-based engagement content

* Plan and run high-converting paid ad campaigns (Meta – Facebook & Instagram)

* Drive targeted traffic to both websites

* Optimise content and campaigns for lead generation and conversions

* Track performance and continuously improve based on analytics

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Manager
Demonstrated ability to:

Generate high organic reach and engagement
Drive qualified traffic and revenue
Strong video content creation skills (editing, hooks, storytelling)
Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
Ability to work independently without micro-management
Highly proactive, strategic thinker with execution ability
