I run a business and social media is my weakest point. I'm looking for someone to own the content engine behind it — not just scheduling posts, but building the system that turns one filmed video into a full week of distribution across YouTube, Shorts, and Instagram.
This isn't a "post 3x a week" role. Not an ADMIN and definitely not the common social media management. You'll be responsible for making my content land with the exact people I'm trying to reach — and for bringing ideas I haven't thought of yet. What I need are ideas not just following what I want to accomplish.
**What you'll own:**
- **YouTube** — uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, end screens, channel banners. If you can design thumbnails/banners yourself, that's a big plus (NOT A MUST!)
- **Shorts + Instagram** — daily/weekly posting cadence, hooks, captions, hashtags, trend awareness. You d
- **AI-assisted production** — I'll give you a full knowledge base (positioning, offers, voice, past scripts). You'll use AI to draft captions, hooks, angles, and repurposed content that already sounds like me — not starting from scratch every time.
- **Notion** — content calendar, asset library, SOPs, pipeline. Keeping it clean is part of the job.
- **Weekly strategy calls** — you come with numbers: what's working, what's dead, what we should film next.
- **Ideas** — you're expected to bring angles I didn't think of.
**Who you are:**
- You've done B2B marketing — you understand selling to business owners and lead quality over vanity metrics.
- You've also done personal brand marketing — you know a founder-led channel isn't a company page.
- You can hold a strategy conversation without needing to be walked through it.
- You use AI daily and are genuinely good at it — prompting, repurposing, drafting in a specific voice.
- You're organized to the point of being annoying about it.
- You can absorb someone's point of view and write in it — then push it further.
**Nice to have:**
- Thumbnail/banner design (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
- Basic short-form editing
- Experience marketing an agency, coaching, or staffing-type offer
**Non-negotiable:**
A portfolio. Channels you've run, accounts you've grown, content you made. Real links, real numbers. No portfolio, no interview — no exceptions.
**How to apply:**
Send:
1. Your portfolio — links to channels/accounts you personally ran
2. Two sentences on the biggest growth result you're responsible for, with the numbers
3. A 1–2 minute video/audio introducing yourself.
