JOB OVERVIEW

ooking for a highly strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Creation Expert to help grow our digital marketing brand, increase engagement, build our audience, and drive sales of our digital products, courses, and programs.

This is NOT a basic social media posting job. i am looking for someone who understands social media growth, lead generation, conversion, buyers psychology, AND sales psychology.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that attracts our ideal audience, builds authority and trust, increases followers and engagement, generates leads, and converts followers into customers.

What you will do:

Develop a weekly social media growth and content strategy
Create high-quality, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, youtube, Threads
Create Reels/short-form videos, carousels, graphics, captions and Stories
Research trending topics, sounds, hooks and content formats
Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
Develop educational, entertaining, empowering and sales-focused content
Repurpose high-performing content across multiple platforms
Build content around our digital products, courses, community and offers
Create content that drives people to our link, funnel, DM or offer
Develop sales-focused content that communicates the transformation and benefits of our products
Study analytics and identify what content is driving views, engagement, leads and sales
Continuously test hooks, topics, CTAs and content formats
Help grow our social media pages organically
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral growth
Engage with the audience and help turn conversations into leads
Create social proof content using testimonials, customer wins, screenshots and results
Work closely with the brand owner to execute the overall marketing vision

You should understand:

Content is not just about getting likes. We want visibility that leads to conversations, leads and SALES.

We follow a strategy centered around:

Content ? Attention ? Engagement ? Leads ? Conversion ? Sales

Our ideal candidate understands digital products, online business, funnels, content marketing, social selling and conversion psychology.

You should be comfortable creating content that educates, empowers, entertains and sells without feeling overly salesy.

Requirements
Proven experience growing social media accounts organically
Strong short-form video/Reels/TikTok content skills
Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling and CTAs
Strong copywriting skills
Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategy
Understanding of sales psychology and conversion
Experience marketing digital products, courses, coaching, memberships or online businesses is a BIG plus
Able to identify trends and turn them into relevant content
Creative, proactive and able to bring ideas to the table
Must be able to show examples of previous work/results

We are looking for someone who can think like a strategist, not just an order-taker.

This job will start as a 1 month gig that will posibly turn into a part-time/full time service if performance and work ethics are excellence. consist of signing an NDA, and agreement.
