JOB OVERVIEW

We are a full-service digital marketing and consulting agency focused on helping female-owned businesses grow with intention, strategy, and systems. We don’t believe in surface-level marketing. We build ecosystems that generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert consistently, all while keeping the business in alignment with the business owner and her audience.

We are expanding and looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think beyond posting content and step into a true strategic role within our company and eventually across our client portfolio.
About the Role-
This is not a “post and schedule” position.
We are looking for someone who understands how social media functions as a lead generation and conversion engine.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a full social media strategy that drives visibility, engagement, and measurable business growth. You will act as an extension of the brand voice, bringing strategy, creativity, and consistency together across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
-Analyze current social presence and identify growth opportunities
-Develop platform-specific strategies for:
-Facebook + Instagram
-LinkedIn
-TikTok
-YouTube
-Identify content themes, messaging angles, and audience targeting strategies
-Build a clear roadmap for lead generation and conversion through social channels

Content Creation + Execution
-Plan and create content aligned with strategic goals (not random posting)
-Develop:
*Short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
*Static posts and carousels
*Long-form content for YouTube
-Write captions that drive engagement and action
-Maintain brand voice across all content

Publishing + Management
-Schedule and publish content across all platforms
-Maintain a consistent posting cadence
-Optimize posting times and formats based on performance

Engagement + Community Building
-Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
-Engage with audience to build relationships and trust
-Identify opportunities to convert engagement into leads

Growth + Optimization
-Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
-Identify trends, platform updates, and opportunities for growth
-Continuously refine content and messaging based on data

What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who:
-Thinks like a strategist, not just a content creator
-Understands the connection between content, audience psychology, and conversion
-Can see the big picture while executing the details
-Is proactive and brings ideas to the table
-Is comfortable being the voice of a brand
-Understands different tones for different platforms

Required Experience
-Proven experience managing and growing accounts on:

Facebook
+ Instagram
LinkedIn
TikTok
YouTube
-Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content
-Strong copywriting skills for social media
-Understanding of lead generation strategies through content
-Experience with scheduling tools and analytics platforms

Bonus (Not Required but Valuable)
-Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
-Familiarity with Go High Level or CRM-based marketing systems
-Experience in service-based businesses, consulting, or coaching industries
-Basic understanding of funnels, email marketing, or customer journeys
