JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and growing social media platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, building a strong and engaged audience, and converting followers into online and custom orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Manage daily content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions, stories)
- Grow followers organically and through strategic campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Convert engagement into sales by guiding customers toward orders
- Promote products, seasonal offers, and custom chocolate orders
- Collaborate with the team for campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience in content creation (photo/video editing skills preferred)
- Ability to write compelling captions and sales-driven content
- Experience in e-commerce, food, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Results-driven with a focus on growth and conversions
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
