Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create and schedule content for
Write captions and engage with followers
Plan monthly content calendars
Monitor trends, competitors, and engagement
Collaborate with our graphic designer on visuals
Respond to basic comments/messages
Email
Build campaigns and flows using Klaviyo/Omnisend or similar + Shopify
Write
Monitor and analyze campaign performance
Suggest improvements based on data
Recommend strategies to grow
Qualifications
Strong experience with social media content management
Experience using Klaviyo/Omnisend or similar + Shopify is required
Good English writing skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of trends, engagement, and analytics
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
