About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can create thoughtful, engaging content and contribute to content strategy—not just execute posts. You’ll be supporting multiple client accounts, helping bring important health and community messages to life across social platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Create high-quality social media content (captions, graphics, short-form video)
• Adapt content across platforms (Instagram,
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, themes, and storytelling approaches
• Support content calendars and campaign execution
• Ensure content is clear, accessible, and aligned with client goals
• Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of social media or digital marketing experience
• Strong writing skills (clear, engaging, and adaptable tone)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Strong Canva skills for content creation
• Understanding of analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and think creatively
Nice to Have
• Healthcare, public health, or non-profit experience
• Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style)
• Knowledge of accessibility and plain language writing
Working Style
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
• Some overlap with Eastern Time required
