Social Media Content Editor & Visual Creative
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-quality social media and video/image editor based in the Philippines who is proficient in English, highly organized, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision. This person will help turn ideas, raw footage, and brand direction into polished social media content that is engaging, on-brand, and ready to post.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in short-form video editing, graphic design for social posts, content formatting, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram,
Create image-based social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and simple branded graphics
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, cuts, and formatting that improve engagement
Repurpose long-form or raw content into multiple short-form assets
Follow brand guidelines, tone, and style while also bringing creative ideas to improve content performance
Organize files, drafts, and finished assets in a clean and reliable way
Deliver content on time with minimal revisions needed
Communicate clearly in English regarding deadlines, feedback, and project updates
Ideal Candidate
Based in the Philippines
Strong written and spoken English
Skilled in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar
Experienced in editing for social media performance, not just general video editing
Understands hooks, pacing, subtitles, retention editing, and platform-specific formatting
Can take a general direction and execute without needing constant oversight
Detail-oriented, responsive, and dependable
Has a strong portfolio of social media editing work
