Installed™ builds in-house marketing capability for beauty and skin clinics.
This role is a 4–6 week training and placement pathway, preparing you to run the full social media marketing function inside a clinic — not as an agency, but as an embedded tea
Purpose:
To lead and execute a clinic’s social media marketing strategy, design, content, engagement, and paid ads — with the goal of growing visibility, followers, and lead lists. You will be placed with a growing clinic business (to be advised at the second interview) and work directly with the clinic owner following installation.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Instagram and
- Manage Meta Ads end-to-end: strategy, creative, setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Confidently operate within the Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, keeping up to date with current Meta tools and best practices.
- Design high-quality, on-brand content in Canva Pro, following the clinic’s brand style guide.
- Create and edit reels and short-form videos using apps such as CapCut or similar.
- Write fluent, polished UK English captions and campaign copy that reflect the clinic’s tone of voice.
- Manage DMs and engagement daily — responding to enquiries, nurturing prospective clients, and connecting with local influencers and aligned businesses for collaboration opportunities.
- Build and send

- Once Installed, you’ll work directly with the clinic owner using a clear communication and project management system that sets expectations, deadlines, and approvals.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in social media strategy and Meta Ads management.
- Demonstrated results in organic audience growth and engagement.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, data analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced Canva Pro design capability with excellent attention to detail. We’re seeking candidates who can create clean, professional artwork and design aligned to brand standards.
- Confident in photo editing and basic retouching to ensure all visual content is polished, consistent, and on-brand.
- Skilled in reel creation and short-form video editing (CapCut preferred).
- Expert in Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Adaptable to other industry platforms such as Phorest or Shortcuts (training provided for these systems only).
- Familiar with ManyChat or similar tools for automated lead capture.
- Excellent written and spoken UK English for an Australian audience (10/10 fluency).
- Reliable, responsive, and professional in remote settings.
- Must successfully complete a test task before onboarding.
Work Structure & Conditions
Part-time: 20 hours per week (remote, flexible)
Training rate: $175 AUD/week (6-8 weeks)
Probation (3 months): $200 AUD/week
After 12 months: $240 AUD/week
12months +: 280AUD per week
Performance bonuses apply for meeting or exceeding campaign KPIs and results benchmarks.
If you prefer full-time work, you may be placed with two clinics instead of one.
All recruitment, training, and placement are managed through Vanessa McDonald Consulting – Installed™.
To maintain quality and focus:
You cannot work with other beauty or skin clinics in Australia or New Zealand.
You may retain a small number of freelance clients outside this industry, provided your total weekly workload remains under 50 hours.
You’ll have full ownership of strategy ? design ? captions ? scheduling ? reporting, supported by structured systems, brand training, and direct client collaboration.
