JOB OVERVIEW

Mission:
To grow Blueprint Workforce’s online presence and candidate community by using AI-powered tools to create, automate, and optimize engaging social media content. This role turns brand strategy into measurable growth—building awareness, trust, and qualified candidate pipelines through consistent, data-driven storytelling across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Outcomes:
Success in this role will be measured by:
Social Growth & Engagement – Increase followers by 50% and maintain a minimum 5% engagement rate across all channels.
Candidate Conversion – Achieve 50% of new applicant traffic originating from social media campaigns.
Consistent Posting – Publish a minimum of 3 Facebook / Instagram posts per week and daily TikTok posts.
Automation Efficiency – Implement AI workflows that reduce manual posting.
Brand Consistency – Maintain compliance with brand visuals, tone, and messaging in all published content.
Performance Reporting – Deliver weekly reports summarizing post metrics, engagement, and recommendations.
Community Building – Interact and engage with prospective candidates in PH based Facebook groups to facilitate organic growth.

Core Competencies:
Technical & AI Skills
Proficient with ChatGPT, Sora, Buffer, Blotato, and Meta Business Suite for content generation, automation, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of Facebook and ---------- algorithms, posting formats, and community management strategies.
Comfortable using Canva or AI-assisted tools to produce clean, on-brand graphics and short-form videos.
Able to analyze metrics to refine posting cadence, identify top-performing content, and improve conversion results.

Creative & Strategic Skills:
Excellent copywriting skills for short-form, high-engagement captions and storytelling.
Ability to transform strategy into visuals, videos, and campaigns that resonate with Filipino professionals.
Strong understanding of tone and audience targeting for career-oriented content.

Behavioral & Execution Skills:
Highly organized and self-driven with strong attention to detail.
Consistently meets deadlines and posting schedules with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-assisted environment with evolving tools.
Adaptable communicator who can maintain brand tone while connecting authentically with local audiences.
