JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We run short form video campaigns for consumer brands. The content is already made and the accounts are already set up. What we need is someone reliable to get it posted every day and keep the whole thing organized.

You would own our posting operation. Around 10 to 20 accounts across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your job is to publish the videos we give you, log each post in our submission platform, and send us a short report at the end of every day.

This is not a content creation role. You will not be editing, writing captions, or coming up with ideas. All of that is handed to you. This role is about consistency, organization, and not letting anything slip.

What you would do every day

Publish scheduled videos across 10 to 20 accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
Log every post in Whop, our submission and tracking platform
Keep the posting board updated so we can see at a glance what has gone out and what is queued
Send a daily report: how many clips posted, on which accounts, for which campaign
Flag anything unusual straight away. An account acting strange, a post that will not upload, a sudden drop in views

What we need you to already know

Hands on experience running multiple social accounts at once. Not two or three. Ten or more.
GoLogin, GeeLark, or a similar anti detect browser or cloud phone setup. You should be comfortable working across separate profiles and know why they exist.
Scheduling tools and how to plan a posting calendar
Kanban boards for keeping work organized. We use them to track every clip through to posted.
Good enough written English to send a clear daily update

What makes someone good at this

Honestly, it is reliability. The work itself is not complicated. What is hard is doing it every single day without being reminded, catching problems early, and keeping 20 accounts straight in your head without mixing them up.

If you are the kind of person who notices that account 12 has not posted today before anyone tells you, you will do well here.

Details

Part time, roughly [ X hours per day / X hours per week ]
[ $X per month ]
Long term. We are looking for someone to grow with us as we add campaigns.
Remote, flexible hours, but posting needs to happen on schedule every day including some weekends

To apply

Send a short message answering these. Please do not send a generic cover letter, we will skip it.

How many social accounts have you managed at the same time, and on which platforms?
Which anti detect browser or cloud phone tool have you used, and how many profiles did you run at once?
An account that was doing fine suddenly drops to almost no views. What do you check first?
How do you keep track of what has been posted across a lot of accounts?

Start your message with the word SCHEDULER so we know you read this.
