ABOUT US

We are a UK-based creative studio in the beauty and body art industry. We have a strong visual aesthetic and a growing social media presence on TikTok and Instagram. We are scaling our content output and need a reliable production assistant to help us execute our content plan consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Edit short-form vertical video (TikTok / Instagram Reels) or static picture posts (carouseld) from raw footage provided by our team. Scripts, hooks and captions will be provided by us; your job is to execute them cleanly and on time.
— Add AI voiceover to videos where required, using tools such as ElevenLabs or similar. We will specify when voiceover is needed and provide the script.
— Apply provided Photoshop and Canva templates to cover images and graphics. Templates will be supplied - you follow the format, swap in the content.
— Add captions and text overlays to videos using the copy we provide.
— Schedule posts to TikTok and Instagram at agreed times using a scheduling tool (we will set this up together).
— Organise and manage the content folder in Google Drive
— uploading finished assets, keeping folders tidy, naming files correctly.

— Clear weekly briefs so you always know exactly what to produce
— Fast feedback and approvals

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
— Solid video editing skills for short-form vertical content (TikTok/Reels style)
— Proficient in Photoshop
— Reliable and communicative
— we need someone who hits deadlines and flags problems early— Good attention to detail
— our templates must be applied accurately
— Able to deliver 3 edited Reels per week with 48-hour turnaround
— Experience with social media scheduling tool Later is a bonus but not essential - we can train

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

This is a production role, not a creative role. We will supply all written content, scripts and direction. We are not asking you to write captions or create concepts — we need someone who can execute our briefs precisely and consistently.If you are a fast, accurate video editor who follows briefs well and communicates reliably, this is a great fit.
