About the Role
We are John Barber & Sons — a fast-growing, creative European barber lifestyle brand.
We’re searching for a highly creative, fast-working, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager & AI Artist to join our team full-time (8–10 hours/day).
You’ll work directly with the brand owner, who will guide you daily, train you on AI tools, and support your growth.
Your mission: turn our daily operations, videos, and creative content into viral, visually stunning social media posts.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.
Edit and create videos (Reels, Stories, Posts) using CapCut, Canva, and AI tools.
Use AI platforms (we’ll provide access) to generate visuals, captions, and ideas.
Communicate daily with our in-house team via WhatsApp — ask for quick videos and updates (e.g. from production and design team).
Repurpose old media into new, engaging short-form clips.
Keep our feeds aesthetic, premium, and consistent.
Research hashtags, captions, and trends to increase reach and engagement.
Help plan a weekly/monthly content calendar and post daily with approval.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
Skilled in CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
Basic experience with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, etc.).
Eye for detail, creativity, and visual composition.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Fast communication, high reliability, and self-initiative.
Passionate about aesthetics, storytelling, and constant learning.
