We are looking for a Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help manage and grow our social media presence while supporting the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
This role focuses primarily on social media management and paid ads performance, while also supporting lead generation, audience engagement, and campaign monitoring.

Role & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are varied and involve both creative and analytical tasks. While experience in some areas is preferred, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow social media channels of our brands across relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content using content calendars
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
- Monitor engagement, messages, and inquiries across social platforms
- Actively participate in relevant online communities and groups to maintain engagement, build relationships, and support lead generation
- Support lead generation through social media campaigns and
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta
- Write and optimize ad copy for social media campaigns
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Test and optimize ads, audiences, and creatives to improve results
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, advertising strategies, and digital marketing tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with marketing goals
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand messaging
Preferred Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interest in social media marketing and paid advertising
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other paid advertising platforms
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and content schedules
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, paid advertising, lead generation or digital marketing
- Experience managing social media platforms such as
- Basic to intermediate experience with Meta Ads Manager and running paid social campaigns
- Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals, including targeting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization
- Ability to write engaging social media content and ad copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience using marketing and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or basic analytics platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, content schedules, and tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new digital marketing tools and strategies
- Experience engaging in online communities, groups, or forums to build relationships and maintain audience engagement is a plus
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
