U.S. Real Estate Funding | Remote

We are hiring a performance-driven Social Media Outreach VA to generate qualified funding applications from U.S. real estate investors.

This is not a content posting role.
This is a producer role.

We work with serious investors and focus on structured, asset-based funding solutions.

We are building infrastructure and long-term scale.

Compensation
Top performers earn $3,000+ per month
$750+ per week

How?
$25 per Qualified Funding Application
+$50 bonus when investor submits Underwriting Deposit
Total $75 per lead for a great highly sought after product
No income cap.

This role rewards production — not activity.


What You Will Do:

• Research Facebook groups and investor communities
• Identify investors actively looking for funding
• Comment value-first (not spam)
• Send professional, permission-based DMs
• Drive investors to our Funding Application
• Track daily outreach

IMPORTANT FILTERS – READ CAREFULLY

Do NOT apply if:

- You need a guaranteed salary
- You use copy-paste spam scripts
- You send mass automated DMs
- You have never worked with U.S. clients
- You cannot handle rejection

This role is for closers, not order-takers.
