ABOUT US
Great American Craft Spirits is a specialty bourbon and craft spirits retail shop based in Rancho Santa Margarita, Southern California. We carry hard-to-find bourbons, allocated bottles, single barrels, and premium craft spirits. We're a small, passionate team focused on building a real community around American whiskey — both in our store and online.
We're growing fast and looking for a motivated, reliable VA to help us expand our presence across social media and connect with the bourbon community online.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your primary job is outreach and community engagement across social media platforms on behalf of the business. You'll be helping us connect with bourbon enthusiasts, build relationships, and drive traffic to our online store.

Primary Responsibilities — Social Media Outreach (80% of your time)
Find and engage with bourbon and whiskey enthusiasts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Truth Social
Send personalized, friendly outreach messages to potential customers using provided templates and scripts
Build genuine conversations with people in the bourbon community — not spam, real engagement
Respond to comments and DMs on our social accounts
Log all outreach activity in a daily tracking spreadsheet
Submit a short end-of-day report covering outreach completed, responses received, and any leads

Secondary Responsibilities — Product Data Entry (20% of your time)
Help enter and update product listings on our website as needed
Basic research on products we carry (descriptions, tasting notes, bottle details)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong written English — you'll be writing conversational messages that feel natural and human
Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Truth Social
Organized and detail-oriented — you'll be maintaining a daily tracker
Self-motivated and reliable — you'll work independently with clear instructions
Honest and straightforward — we'd rather you ask a question than guess wrong
Experience with social media outreach, community management, or sales is a plus but not required
Interest in American whiskey, bourbon, or spirits is a bonus — but we'll train you on what you need to know
