JOB OVERVIEW

**Location:** Remote (Philippines Only)
**Hours:** 5 hours/day, 7 days/week (flexible schedule)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a confident and engaging Social Media Outreach Assistant to help grow our online presence by building conversations and connections across platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, Hinge, and similar apps.

This role focuses heavily on **chat-based interaction**, relationship-building, and guiding people toward our platform.

### **Responsibilities**

* Actively message and engage with users on social media platforms
* Build natural conversations and maintain ongoing chats
* Follow proven messaging frameworks and adapt when needed
* Encourage interest and guide users toward our service
* Track daily outreach numbers and results
* Perform occasional simple admin tasks if required

---

### **Compensation**

* **Base Pay:** $400/month

* **Weekly Tiered Commission:**

* First 50 referrals/week ? $1.50 each
* 51–100 referrals/week ? $1.75 each
* 101–150 referrals/week ? $2.00 each
* 151+ referrals/week ? $2.25 each

*(Each tier applies only to referrals within that range)*

### **Earning Potential (Examples)**

* 10 referrals/day (~70/week) ? **~$210/week**
* 15 referrals/day (~105/week) ? **~$270/week**
* 20 referrals/day (~140/week) ? **~$340/week**
* 25 referrals/day (~175/week) ? **~$415+/week**

Actual earnings depend on your consistency and performance. Strong performers can exceed these numbers over time.
