About the Company
We're a two-person indie game studio behind Ruckus ( ---------- ) - a browser-based adult party game similar to Jackbox Games but with edgier, funnier humor. Think Adult Swi ---------- ets Jackbox. Players connect through their phones and compete in hilarious game modes using photos, captions, and AI-generated stories. We're in open beta with a growing international player base and a ---------- community, and we're looking for someone to help us grow.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a community growth and outreach role. Your main job is getting Ruckus in front of the right people online authentically, not spammily. Specifically:
-Reddit: Participating in relevant gaming and party game subreddits (r/jackboxgames, r/partygames, r/gaming and others), posting about Ruckus naturally, engaging in conversations, and building genuine presence. This is NOT copy-paste spam — Reddit communities are smart and will ban accounts that feel inauthentic. We need someone who can write like a real person and understand community culture.
-Instagram/ ---------- : Finding and engaging with accounts and communities in the party game, adult humor, and gaming space. DMing relevant accounts, commenting genuinely, and helping grow our Instagram presence.
-Influencer Outreach: Identifying small-to-mid YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch creators who cover party games or adult humor content, and reaching out with personalized pitches to get them to try Ruckus with their audience. We'll provide messaging templates but we need someone who can personalize and follow up.

What We're Looking For
-Excellent written English - you need to sound natural, funny even, not like a bot
-Familiarity with social media outreach (instagram, Reddit, ---------- ) - ideally you have your own Reddit account with history and understand how subreddits work
-Self-starter who can work independently and report results
-Experience with influencer or community outreach is a big plus but not required if you can demonstrate strong writing and research skills
