Social Media Operator / Manager — Part-Time Weekend Coverage

Harmony is a fast-growing spiritual media and transformation brand built around sound, frequency, presence, and joy.
Led by musician and creator Banah Winn, Harmony reaches millions of people each month through short-form content that helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring people back into their bodies.

We’re looking for a reliable Social Media Operator / Manager to help keep Harmony’s posting rhythm consistent across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts — with strong weekend coverage required.

This is a hands-on execution role first. Most content will already be created, but we also want someone who understands short-form content, hooks, platform differences, and what makes content perform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll help manage Harmony’s daily social media flow across:
TikTok
Instagram Reels

Facebook
YouTube Shorts

This may include:
Uploading videos natively inside each platform
Posting content consistently using our system
Pasting captions and adjusting formatting when needed
Adding simple covers or in-app text
Posting stories
Reposting testimonials and community reactions
Checking comments
Light community engagement
Handling or assisting with TikTok DM outreach
Flagging support-related issues to the right tea ---------- mber
Helping identify hooks, formats, or content patterns that are working
Most creative assets will be provided, but we are looking for someone who can think clearly about short-form content and eventually help improve the system over time.

Communicate clearly
Can follow a system without needing constant supervision
Care about spiritual, healing, sound, meditation, or personal transformation-based content
Want to grow with one brand over time
This role is not just about casually reposting content. We’re looking for someone who can help carry the rhythm of a real media brand with care and consistency.
Requirements
Availability Saturday through Wednesday
Strong comfort with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Experience posting or managing short-form content
Fast, stable internet for uploading video files
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive daily workflows
Interest in sound, frequency, music, meditation, spirituality, or personal development
Ability to communicate clearly and take ownership
Compensation & Structure
Part-time contractor role
Paid weekly or on an agreed schedule
Compensation based on experience, availability, and final scope
Initial trial period before long-term continuation
100% remote
