THE ROLE
I run a content production and talent management company. I set the strategy — the objective, the audience, the message, the platforms. I do not need someone to figure out direction.
I need someone who can take a one-page brief and turn it into a month of executed work without coming back to ask what to post.
This is a high-volume execution role. If you want to be the one d
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Receive a campaign brief fro
Build the 30-day content calendar from that brief
Write all copy and captions — aimed at the specific audience in the brief, not generic
Cut and format existing assets for each platform (I supply the raw and edited material)
Schedule and publish across Instagram, X, and secondary channels
Handle DMs and comments daily — including qualifying inbound inquiries and passing me a clean shortlist
Send one short report every Monday: where the number is, what's working, what isn't, what you're changing
WHAT THIS BRAND IS
Non-explicit — glamour, editorial, lingerie, and swimwear. This matters, because Meta is hostile to this category, TikTok is an account-ban risk, and the channels that work here are not the ones most social media managers use daily. If you don't have experience in this space, say so honestly — I would rather train someone honest than correct someone confident and wrong.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You produce a high volume of work without needing to be chased
You can write copy for a specific audience, not filler captions
You follow a spec exactly, and when something is unclear you ask once, up front — not halfway through
You're comfortable with adult-adjacent content
You're reliable on deadlines, every time, not most of the time
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
You need someone to tell you what to post each day
Your captions come from ChatGPT unedited
You want to set the creative direction (that's my job, and I'm not outsourcing it)
You've only worked accounts where posting on schedule was the whole job
HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY
Generic applications will not be read.
Start your message with the word BRIEF as the first word. That's how I know you read this.
Then answer these three questions directly. Short is fine — I care about how you think, not length:
1. I hand you a one-page brief that says: "Objective: get models to apply to shoot with us. Audience: Filipina women 19–26 already doing modeling or content work, Manila and Cebu. The number: 15 qualified applications this month. Don't lead with money. Channels: Instagram and X. Assets: two recent shoot galleries plus BTS." — What do you do in your first three days? Be specific.
2. You're mid-campaign and something in the brief doesn't make sense, or an asset you need doesn't exist. What exactly do you do?
3. Realistically, how many finished pieces of content can you produce and publish per week across two platforms while also handling daily DMs? Give me a real number you can hit every week, not your best week.
Also include:
One account you've run: what you were asked to do, and what you produced (volume, cadence, examples if you have them)
Your weekly availability and time zone
Any experience with adult-adjacent or creator-economy brands
Paid test project for shortlisted applicants. Ongoing role for the right person.
