Part-Time | 20 hrs/week | Salary Negotiable Based on Experience

We are a TikTok Shop affiliate business expanding to Instagram and Facebook. We need an organized, tech-savvy part-time VA to keep our content distribution running smoothly every week.

This is not a creative role. You will not be editing videos. Your job is to make sure the right content reaches the right platforms at the right time, and that our automations are working to convert viewers into buyers.

If you are someone who enjoys systems, follows processes precisely, and takes pride in keeping operations clean and consistent — we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

You will handle content repurposing (downloading videos and scheduling them across Instagram and Facebook), manage our ManyChat automations that send affiliate links to followers, support basic TikTok Seller Center operations, engage with our community by responding to comments, and deliver a simple weekly performance report.

What We Are Looking For:

You need hands-on experience managing social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Familiarity with ManyChat or any chat automation tool is strongly preferred. Above all, we need someone extremely organized who can follow SOPs independently and communicate clearly in English.

What We Offer:

A part-time role (20 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time as the business grows over the next 60 to 90 days. Salary is negotiable based on your experience and will be discussed.
