-Manage RNS.ID’s daily social media operations and content in the Chinese market (X/Twitter, YouTube,
-Create high-quality original content, including tweets, articles, and short video scripts, to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
-Plan and execute online activities (AMAs, community interactions, giveaways, etc.) to boost user activity and participation.
-Monitor industry trends and transform topics such as DID, blockchain, and privacy protection into engaging, shareable content.
-Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs, communities, and media in the Chinese market to expand brand influence.
-Analyze social media data (engagement rate, shares, growth curve), produce regular reports, and optimize communication strategies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above; 1–3 years of experience in crypto/Web3 community or social media operations.
-Familiar with the social media ecosystem and user/content characteristics of different platforms.
-Strong Chinese writing skills, able to create accessible and impactful content from technical topics.
-Understanding of blockchain, crypto assets, and digital identity, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts to operations.
-Capable of event planning, community management, and data analysis.
-Proactive, strong communication and collaboration skills; able to adapt to remote work and fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
-Successful cases in growing Web3 social media accounts or communities in the Chinese market.
-Existing resources with Chinese KOLs, communities, or media.
-Web3 content planning experience.
