JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a beauty, wellness and lifestyle entrepreneur looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day backend of my growing online business.

The two main focuses of this role will be digital business support and content repurposing. I’m looking for someone who can help keep the backend of my business organized and running smoothly while also helping me consistently distribute my content across platforms.

Responsibilities may include:

* Managing and organizing the backend of digital products and coaching programs
* Uploading course content, resources, videos and client materials
* Supporting email marketing, lead magnets and automations
* Updating landing pages, links, forms and digital resources
* Organizing leads, inquiries and basic client/customer information
* Repurposing long- and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
* Basic short-form video editing in CapCut
* Creating simple Canva graphics, carousels and Stories
* Scheduling content and maintaining a content calendar
* Organizing photos, videos, B-roll and digital files
* Tracking basic content and business analytics
* General online business and administrative support

I’m looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, reliable and comfortable learning new technology. I value initiative—I want someone who can learn my systems, spot what needs to be done and eventually take ownership of recurring tasks without needing step-by-step direction every time.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Google Drive and social media platforms is preferred. Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, ManyChat, Shopify, online course platforms or digital-product businesses is a major plus.

Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow as the business grows.
