We need an exceptional Social Media, Content and Meta Advertising Specialist with fluent English, strong commercial understanding, and proven hands-on experience producing content and campaigns that generate real enquiries and measurable return on investment.

We are looking to appoint a full-time remote contractor, working from your own home in the Philippines, during full UK working hours. This role is not just about posting nice-looking content. We need somebody who understands how to build trust before the sale, how to attract the right audiences, and how to make Meta advertising produce genuine leads rather than vanity metrics.

Consultant Scope of Work (Job Description)
The Company; – We are a UK based
Hours; – 8 Hour days – UK time – 7.30am to 4.30pm (one hour lunch break at 12.30pm).
Working days; – 5-day working week – Monday to Friday. Total of 40 hours each week. Good flexibility with adequate notice to adjust working days to suit business needs, but payment is only for the agreed working time.
IT systems set-up; – Must have good reliable electricity supply and internet connection with a good quality reliable PC or laptop. Familiar with Microsoft 365 Office suite, cloud-based marketing tools, Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, and AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT.
Daily communication; – Constant daily contact via Teams video link,
Pay and payment process; – Salary to be finalised depending on experience and proven results in the region of $4 to $6 per hour. Paid monthly on the last business day of each month in US Dollars via Wise / EasyPay / PayPal. Invoice required for payment. Any transaction or currency fees remain at consultant’s cost. Consultant provides their own equipment, internet connection, and software subscriptions including paid for version of ChatGPT. Excellent dedicated work that demonstrates exceptional performance may also attract a discretionary performance bonus and, after successfully completing the first 12 months, an additional 13th month bonus may be considered.
Description of scope of works; – To build and manage a stronger trust-based digital marketing system, with particular focus on social media content, blog content and profitable Meta advertising that clearly demonstrates a return on investment.
Main Responsibilities
• Plan, create, schedule and improve organic social media content primarily for
• Write, draft or assist in producing blogs for Room Outside that are aligned to current SEO good practice, AI-search visibility, customer intent and trust-building principles.
• Maintain brand tone suitable for a premium, aspirational home-improvement business and ensure content feels polished, commercially aware and consistent with
• Create, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns with a clear focus on lead quality, cost efficiency and return on investment, not just impressions or clicks.
• Build and improve remarketing campaigns, audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, creative testing, landing page alignment and follow-up journey logic.
• Understand Meta Pixel, browser-based event tracking, Conversion API and related attribution issues sufficiently to help ensure campaign data is as accurate and useful as possible.
• Work with existing website and CRM assets so campaigns, forms and landing pages connect properly and support the customer journey.
• Report weekly on campaign performance, lead quality, creative tests, audience tests, spend levels and recommended next actions.
• Monitor competitor activity, content trends and platform changes where relevant, then suggest practical ideas that could improve results for Room Outside.
• Carry out other reasonable marketing support tasks related to content production, audience development, remarketing, blog optimisation and lead-generation support.
Must-Have Experience
• Strong written English and confidence writing clear, natural marketing copy.
• Hands-on Meta /
• Experience creating social media content for Business-to-Consumer brands.
• Good understanding of how content, adverts and landing pages work together to build trust and generate enquiries.
• Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, lead funnels and campaign testing.
• Comfortable using AI tools productively without producing lazy or generic content.
• Well organised, reliable, responsive and able to work consistently during UK business hours.
Preferred / Desirable Experience
• Experience in premium home improvement, interiors, architecture, lifestyle or property-related marketing.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, basic page editing and on-page SEO principles.
• Experience with YouTube content repurposing, captions, shorts or channel support.
• Experience interpreting CRM lead data and feeding this back into campaign decisions.
• Understanding of customer psychology in higher-ticket purchases where trust and reassurance matter more than impulse clicks.
Home Working Environment
As a homeworker the contractor will be expected to have a dedicated suitably quiet area that is conducive to working without interruptions, with their own desk and suitable storage space, suitable to carry out the work required by the Company including uninterrupted telephone and virtual meetings with a good quality broadband signal and good quality reliable PC or laptop, all to be provided free of charge by the contractor.
