JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting podcast production and distribution, specifically using Riverside.

This role will support end-to-end podcast workflows along with social media execution and content repurposing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Support
* Manage and support podcast recordings using Riverside
* Coordinate recording sessions and guest scheduling
* Assist with editing coordination and post-production workflows
* Upload and publish podcast episodes across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
* Write show notes, titles, and descriptions

Content Repurposing
* Turn podcast episodes into short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
* Create social media posts, carousels, and captions
* Work with video editors or edit basic clips if needed

Social Media Management
* Schedule and publish content across platforms
* Maintain content calendars
* Engage with audience (comments, DMs if needed)

Marketing & Growth Support
* Assist with outreach for podcast guests or collaborations
* Support email/newsletter distribution
* Track performance and basic analytics

Requirements
* Strong written and spoken English
* Proven experience supporting podcasts (Riverside experience is a MUST)
* Experience in social media management and content creation
* Familiarity with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice to Have
* Basic video editing skills
* Experience with Canva or similar tools
* Experience with podcast growth strategies and distribution
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or scheduling tools
