JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | US Business Hours | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Social Media Marketing VA to help manage our social media presence, create and schedule content, manage incoming leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments.

This role is perfect for someone who understands that social media marketing is not just about posting content — it is also about creating opportunities, communicating with leads, and helping turn those leads into appointments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts
Create and schedule social media posts
Write captions and promotional content
Create simple graphics using Canva
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
Manage leads coming from social media and marketing campaigns
Follow up with new and existing leads
Qualify potential customers
Schedule appointments
Confirm appointments and follow up when needed
Update lead information in the CRM
Keep track of conversations and follow-ups
Help improve social media engagement and lead generation
Report on leads, appointments, and marketing activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with Meta Ads, Facebook Lead Ads, email marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
