JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re a fast-paced staffing agency looking for a creative, consistent, and results-driven social media marketer. Your job is to grow our presence, keep our brand active online, and help drive qualified candidate flow and client leads through strong content, engagement, and simple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a weekly content calendar for Facebook and ---------- (Instagram optional)
Create content that attracts:
Candidates: job posts, “now hiring” campaigns, quick-apply content, hiring tips
Clients: staffing solutions, credibility posts, testimonials, turnaround-time proof points
Write captions and calls-to-action that drive DMs, clicks, and applications
Design simple graphics in Canva and produce short-form video (Reels-style) when needed
Monitor comments/DMs and flag hot leads or candidate inquiries quickly
Coordinate with the recruiting team to stay aligned on urgent openings and priorities
Track weekly performance (reach, engagement, clicks, inquiries) and recommend improvements
Optional: manage basic paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn) with a set budget and clear goals
Requirements
2+ years managing social media for a business (service-based preferred)
Strong copywriting skills (professional, warm, and direct—no “corporate” tone)
Comfortable with Canva (or similar) and basic video editing
Organized, consistent, and able to work independently with deadlines
Understands how to market both services and job openings
Nice to Have
Experience in staffing/recruiting, HR marketing, or local service marketing
Experience with Facebook groups and community engagement
Paid ads experience (Meta/LinkedIn)
Basic reporting and KPI tracking experience
