As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Offshore Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us build deeper community relationships, expand awareness, and generate qualified leads among healthcare entities, case managers, and families.
Role Overview
You will lead all digital marketing, social media, and SEO initiatives for our Alabama-based operations. Your role is both strategic and hands-on—creating engaging content, managing campaigns, designing marketing assets, and helping drive inbound referrals. You’ll also help coordinate in-person engagement opportunities for our US-based clinical and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media presence
Design marketing materials and pitch decks using Canva or similar tools
Create and manage
Build SEO-friendly content for landing pages, blog posts, and digital materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify referral opportunities
Generate and track leads using Bullhorn CRM, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up workflows
Maintain and optimize Google Business and directory listings for visibility
Coordinate with US-based leadership to schedule meetings, presentations, and community visits with potential referral sources
Assist with brand voice consistency and messaging across platforms
Track campaign performance and ROI; provide monthly reporting and recommendations
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and SEO, preferably for US-based companies (healthcare experience a plus)
Proficient with:
Bullhorn CRM for lead management and reporting
Canva (or Adobe Suite for design work)
Mailchimp or other
Google Analytics, Google Search Console
Facebook
SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or equivalent)
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent written English and strong understanding of US tone, culture, and healthcare messaging
Ability to self-manage and work during US Central Time hours when needed
Detail-oriented, responsive, and collaborative with cross-functional teams
