JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing and looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to support our marketing, outreach, and content efforts.
This role includes outreach and communication (booking calls, events, and interviews). You MUST be comfortable with telephone calls, emails and text messaging communication.

- Strong verbal and written English and communication skills
- Comfortable reaching out and starting conversations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow up and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong experience with Google Workspace, Go High Level (or similar), YouTube, Riverside / Zoom, Calendly and other software.
- Some video editing experience a plus.

This role is a mix of:

- social media management
- marketing support
- outreach and relationship building

A big part of this position involves reaching out to people, building connections, and helping us book opportunities such as:

- speaking engagements
- podcast interviews
- webinar trainings

Core Responsibilities:

Outreach & Booking (Primary Focus)
- Research business groups, communities, and organizations
- Reach out to event organizers, teams, and business owners
- Help book speaking engagements, trainings, and collaborations
- Identify and contact potential podcast/interview guests
- Follow up and manage conversations
- Track outreach and maintain organized records

Interview & Podcast Coordination:
- Book entrepreneurs and business owners for our YouTube interview show
- Coordinate schedules and confirmations
- Ensure guests are prepared for recording

Social Media & Content
- Post and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Repurpose videos into short clips and posts
- Upload and optimize YouTube videos

Email Marketing
- Draft and schedule email campaigns
- Send weekly broadcasts and follow-ups

Funnels & Systems
- Update landing pages and workflows in GoHighLevel
- Assist with lead magnets and automations
- Weekly Expectations
- Consistent outreach to new contacts and groups
- Booking interviews and speaking opportunities
- Posting and managing content
- Supporting webinar promotions

- YouTube / Instagram / LinkedIn

Bonus (Experience a plus but not requred):
- Experience with outreach or lead generation
- Experience booking podcasts or interviews
- Experience with social media content
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or real estate professionals
