This role starts part-time or hourly, with room to grow into a full-time position if it’s a strong fit.
Responsibilities:
• Develop platform-specific content strategies
• Research trends, competitors, and content angles
• Collaborate on outlines, scripts, and creative direction
• Identify content to recreate or reinterpret
• Turn raw footage into short-form concepts and selects, working with our editor when needed
• Schedule posts or publish in-app for optimal quality
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reporting
Requirements:
• Proven social media management experience for brands (share examples or metrics)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content formats
• Ability to find trends and translate them into brand-relevant concepts
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround content cycles
• Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Edits, Adobe, or similar)
• Bonus: Experience with paid social, UGC workflows, or ecommerce brands
