JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Expert to join our growing team of home-improvement brands (electrical, solar, roofing, and more!). If you have a knack for creating engaging content and know how to organically grow a brand across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and local community groups, then this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Create, schedule, and post high-quality content across multiple company social accounts (especially Facebook)
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally
- Monitor relevant social media groups (e.g. Facebook neighborhood groups) and organically promote our services where appropriate
- Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with our operations and customer service team to feature real jobs and customer stories
- Stay up to date with current trends, hashtags, and local marketing tactics

Who You Are:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Strong written English and a creative, upbeat tone
- Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs, and social schedulers
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience with home service businesses or local marketing tactics
