JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency based in the US working with major wellness brands on TikTok Shop creator campaigns. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Full-Time Virtual Assistant to manage the onboarding and day-to-day community experience for our Wellness Partner creator program.
This is a people-first role. Your job is to make every new creator feel personally welcomed, fully set up, and excited to be part of our community. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of creators joining our Telegram community, and your warmth and attention to detail will directly impact how engaged and successful they are.

What You Will Do
Welcome every new creator who joins our Telegram community with a personal message within 30 minutes of them joining
Send personalized 1-on-1 DMs to every new member within 24 hours of them joining
Follow up with new creators to make sure they are set up on TikTok Shop (collab invites, product showcase, content posting)
Post Zoom call links before our daily community calls (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM EST) and replay links after each call
Monitor the community group throughout the day and respond to questions, comments, and messages
Track which new members have been welcomed and followed up with using a simple spreadsheet
Escalate any complaints, product issues, or sensitive situations to your manager immediately
Help maintain a positive, warm, and active community culture

What We Are Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, community management, or social media management
Excellent written English - you must be able to write warm, natural, conversational messages that do not sound copy-pasted or robotic
Familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop (experience with creator programs or affiliate marketing is a big plus)
Experience using Telegram (or ability to learn quickly)
Highly organized and reliable - this role requires showing up every day and following a checklist without being reminded
Available to work evenings Philippine time (7:00 PM EST = 7:00 AM PHT the following day) at least 5 days a week
Proactive communicator - you flag problems before they become issues and ask questions when unsure
Genuinely warm and people-oriented - you enjoy making others feel good

Nice to Have
Experience working with influencers, content creators, or UGC campaigns
Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate or creator programs
Experience managing Telegram groups or communities

Schedule
Full-time, 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Must be available for the daily 7:00 PM EST call window (posting links, monitoring chat during the call).
