Work hours: 1 am to 5 am

Virtualee & Co. is a boutique operations business management agency that helps Founders, CEOs, and Solopreneurs scale their businesses and reclaim their time. We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketer to join our all-female team! If you love creating engaging content, interacting with online communities, and staying ahead of social media trends, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Develop content calendars and repurpose existing content
- Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos
- Schedule posts and engage with followers
- Research industry trends and client opportunities
- Track performance and provide simple reports on key metrics

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in social media marketing
- Familiar with content creation and platform management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Design skills - Canva
- Familiarity with social media ads
- Understanding of SEO for social media
