JOB OVERVIEW
It is critically important for the company to have an efficient and conscientious Scheduling staff to take calls from clients, explain our services and schedule home inspections. This is a key position for AllCheck Inspections and we will be relying on you to maintain great relationships with our referring Agents, Clients and Inspectors.
Additional duties will include Social media management and marketing functions.
Duties: Scheduling Backup
Taking overflow and after hours calls from clients, explaining our services and scheduling home inspections.
After call work includes entering information in our scheduling software, schedule online with a listing service or call/email listing agents or sellers to set up appointments.
Enter scheduled appointments also in our CRM.
Make follow up calls/emails on pending appointments with the listing agents/sellers.
Manage
Send service requests to our vendor for scheduling (Radon, Mold and Sewer Scope).
Forward environmental test results like water, radon, mold to clients and their realtors.
Making calls to Clients of recent Home Inspections and asking for reviews.
Duties: Marketing
Social Media Manager for AllCheck Inspections.
Create and Post weekly on all social media selected sites and engage with followers by getting and posting comments.
Acquire rewrite and post home improvement and maintenance, SEO optimized articles on Blog.
Cross link Social Media posts, blogs, website pages to increase website traffic.
Engage in link building activities.
Compile and deliver monthly web presence analytic reports.
Monitor MIBOR and division websites for Realtor activities and schedule Inspectors or management to attend.
Promote and Schedule Agency sales meetings, lunch and learns and other events.
Send
Create and send two monthly newsletters with similar content to Clients and Agents.
Become the Scheduling expert for our custom CRM and assist the developers.
Assist with recruiting Home Inspectors.
Submit daily End of Day (EOD) reports.
Other tasks that the management will assign.
Work Schedule:
Work hours are Monday thru Friday 12:00PM – 8:00PM, Lunch 3:00-4:00 and Saturday 8:00AM - 1:00 PM. US holidays observed.
Primary Scheduler hours are Monday thru Friday 12:00PM - 1:00PM and 5:00PM - 8:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM - 1:00PM.

Your home office requirements:
- 1 primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)
- 1 backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)
- Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed
- Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
- Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage.
About Us:
Our family owns several small businesses in Indianapolis Indiana USA. Although there will be tasks assigned for the other companies, AllCheck Inspections is the primary focus. We desire to dramatically increase our website content and social media presence. We are currently developing our own scheduling and marketing software by modifying an open source (vTiger) software. Upon completion of this project, we will be marketing our software to Home Inspectors throughout the United States and Canada. Compensation:
Wage/Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
Pay semimonthly, increases based on performance.
Bonus plan to be developed based on goals.
13th month pay (1st year prorated).
